We look forward to welcoming the new students who will be starting their studies in January 2025 at University of Central Lancashire (UCLan). You can register as a patient via the following link, even if you haven’t yet started your studies:
>>>Click here to register at UCLAN Medical Centre<<<
Just fill in the online form to start the process. You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number.
The service is designed and run by the NHS, so your personal information is safe.
Paper registration forms are available from our reception if you need one and you can contact our reception team on 01772 970079.
Newly registered patients who are on medication should make an appointment to see a GP before your medication will needs renewing, though medical treatment is available from the date of registration.
You will be able to say which practitioner you would prefer to see. However, you will be registering with the practice rather than an individual GP.
If you are outside of our practice area you may still be able to register as an ‘Out of Area’ patient by completing the online form, but we may need to contact you before we confirm your registration. Being an out of area patient means we will not be able to provide a home visit should you need one and we will also need you to complete an additional form.
